What this website does not do
This website sets no cookies of its own. It uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks and no user profiling. There is no contact form, no newsletter and no user account. Web fonts are served from this website's own server; no data is transmitted to Google or any other font provider when a page is loaded.
Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider's web server automatically records technical data that your browser transmits. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page, and details of your browser and operating system. This processing is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to maintain its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website). These data are not merged with other data sources and are not used to identify individual visitors. Log data are deleted by the hosting provider after a short retention period.
Hosting provider: hosting provider name and address. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
Embedded content from third parties
The Music page offers recordings hosted by Spotify, YouTube and Instagram. These players are not loaded automatically. Each is shown as a static preview, and the third-party player is only requested once you actively click it (a "two-click" solution).
By clicking a player you consent, under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, to a connection being established with the relevant provider. From that point on, the provider receives your IP address and may set cookies or read information already stored on your device, and may process these data for its own purposes — including outside the European Economic Area. This transfer is governed by the providers' own terms; the operator of this website has no influence over it and no access to the data collected. You may withdraw your consent at any time by not loading the players and, where applicable, by deleting the cookies set by these providers in your browser.
